There are some super airfare deals to New York right now and you can easily fly to the "Big Apple" and back from just about any east coast city for less than $250. Just visit the airfare price comparison sites and see for yourself - yes, they have been cheaper but we are really noticing some great airfare deals to JFK with the overall price of airfare to JFK trending downward.
If you get a chance to visit to the city, make sure you read NYStay's article on New York Hotels - lots of super information on shopping, eating, and just plain relaxing in the city that never sleeps. There's even a blip on the article about a day tour to Niagara Falls that sounds like a blast!
Just wanted to send a note of congratulations to the myAirDeals.com website team for coming up with a terrific looking and very useful airfare deals website. The website is clean and simple, yet it delivers, as the name says, some super airfare deals both online and by e-mail.
According to the site:
"myAirDeals.com helps you find bargain flights by watching airfare deals and flight sales for you. Whenever we find an airfare deal that matches your needs, we will send you an e-mail."
Sign up for their free airfare alerts service and you'll have airfare deals hitting your inbox every time they occur - a very useful and much needed service indeed.
I'm a big fan of the Kayak.com airfare search. In fact, I'm so much of a fan that I have blogged about it right here on lots of occasions.
Why do I like the Kayak airfare search? Well, when you search for airfare on Kayak, the site connects with more than 100 different travel websites (along with hundreds of direct airline and hotel websites), obtaining more pricing options and more itineraries than you can possibly imagine. After the search, Kayak gives the user an option that the other travel sites don't - the option to book airfare directly from the airline online!
What's not to like about that?
My only complaint about Kayak.com is that I would like to see their search results displayed in a more readable font. The display on Kayak.com seems small to me unless I zoom in with my browser.
I know... maybe I just need some glasses! Eric Hammer did just gave a super review of Zenni Optical so maybe I just need to give them a try. According to Hammer's article, they sell top quality prescription eyeglasses for as little as 8 bucks a pair.
